Emerald工程图书馆是从原Emerald全文数据库分离出的工程学期刊库，包含16种工程学期刊和其他工程学非正式出版内容。Emerald工程学期刊涵盖先进自动化、工程计算、材料科学与工程和电子制造与封装等相关领域，所有期刊曾多年被SCI索引。 该数据库除传统期刊的全文以外，正朝着工程学专业门户的形式建设，所有期刊内容经同等专家评审，确保每篇文章具有既定的学术标准和价值，是工科院校的重要参考资源。
